Leadership Profiles
Lim Heok Hooi
Elder / Chairman of the Board of Directors / Administrator
Bro. Heok Hooi gives the ministry leadership and direction, as well as spiritual input to the various ministry teams in the different congregations working together with Pr Chong Leang.
He is the Acting Administrator of the church. He is also actively involved in teaching and preaching.
Paik Lean, his wife, leads the Women's Ministry and holds regular Bible studies. They have two children: Sheryl and Esther.
Ps Leow Chong Leang
Senior Pastor / Elder / Board of Directors
As Senior Pastor, Pastor Chong Leang gives ministry leadership and direction, and spiritual input to the various ministry teams in the different congregations. He also gives pastoral care to ministry leaders and pastoral staff.
He spearheads the prayer ministry of the church besides travelling to different congregations to preach.His wife, Boon Leng, is involved in the worship ministry of the church besides ministering closely with Pr Chong Leang. They have two children: Sharon and Shaun.
Dr. Yeoh Keat Cheong
Elder / Board of Directors
As a church Elder, Dr Yeoh gives the ministry leadership and direction working together with Pr Chong Leang. Besides that, he oversees the Small/Cell Group Ministries of FGAC (English). He is the key leader in North Zone.
Ps Lim Heok Cheow
Board of Directors / Executive Pastor (English) / Acting Missions Pastor
Pr Heok Cheow spearheads the Equipping arm of the church; overseeing the World Christians Discipleship Process, teaching and training, and curriculum development. He is pastor in charge of the Saturday Night Service and at the same time give pastoral oversight to the Outreach churches, youth and campus ministries.
Ean Beng helps in special events for the Children's Ministry and works closely with Pr Heok Cheow, especially in the Campus Ministry. They have three children: Judson, Joyce, and Jesher.
Lim Eng Hong
Board of Directors / Director of Children's Ministry
Bro. Eng Hong provides leadership, support and strength to the entire Children's Ministry of the English congregations. He is involved as advisor to the Children's Ministry workers in planning of events and activities, teaching, and child care along with his wife, Goay Khim. They have two children: Li Lian and Li Wei.
Ps Tan Cheng Kin
Executive Pastor (English)
Born and brought up in Penang, Pr Cheng Kin has worked with Malaysian Care and spent 3 years ministering in an SIB church in Sibu.
Currently she oversees the pastoral care ministry of the church, the Zone Pastor for the service in the main church, oversees the church administrative staff, and teaches regularly the "Love the New Testament" classes.
Ps Alan Tan
Executive Pastor (Bahasa Malaysia)
Pr Alan gives leadership, direction, and pastoral oversight over the Bahasa Malaysia services on the island as well as in Prai, Kulim and Sungai Petani. He also oversees the Cross-Cultural Ministry - a ministry to the migrant workers in Penang.
He is married to Pheobe and has a daughter, Eunice.
Ps Lai Kim Sang
Executive Pastor (Chinese)
Pastor Lai gives leadership, direction, and pastoral oversight over all the Chinese Language services as well as Hokkien-speaking congregation. He is actively training leaders and teaching the Word of God regularly.
His wife, Rosalinda is also a pastor. She is in charge of the Equipping ministry, teaching and training. She is also overseeing the youth ministry in the Chinese church besides working closely alongside her husband in pastoral care. They have a son Joshua.
