Ministry 301
Be Involved: Serving in Teams, Building God's House
Our heart in FGA Centre is to empower people who are prepared to use their personal resource, time, talent, skills and success to serve God’s house and build it into a place reflecting God’s excellence and creativity. Serving in the house is as much about building relationships with those you serve with, as it is about doing ministry. Everything we do is relational based. Serving on a team is a great way to meet new friends and develop a sense of family within our church community.

Events
Attend and interview with specially trained Ministry Guides. They will go through with you your completed SHAPE Survey form and help determine three possible ministries based on it for possible involvement.
 
Process Ministry Placement: Your ministry guide will follow up with you on the first of the three recommended ministries by connecting you to the respective head of the ministry. You will serve in that placement for maybe a year after which you are free to re-evaluate your suitability and either stay on in the ministry or move on to another ministry more suitable for you.
